What happens in the free diagnostic?
Over 1–2 weeks, we review examples of the work, your tools and the people involved. You get a written recommendation covering useful opportunities, readiness gaps and a sensible first workflow.
Do we need an IT team?
No. We can manage the work for you or work alongside your IT staff or outside provider. We agree on responsibilities before anything goes live.
What does it cost?
The diagnostic is free. Scoped projects typically run $2.5K–$25K, with scope and price agreed before we start. Ongoing operation and support are scoped separately.
Do we have to replace our software?
We start with what you already use. If a bigger change is needed, we explain the trade-offs and agree on it with you.
How will we know whether it is helping?
We agree on a starting baseline and what to measure: time still spent by your team, work completed, output quality and costs. The dashboard supports regular decisions about what to improve, expand or stop. We cannot promise a particular saving.
How do you handle access and business information?
We work with American AI providers and review the actual settings and suitability for your workflow. We agree on approved information, permissions, human sign-off and a way to pause or hand the work back before launch.
